Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School

This was a blast and the food was excellent. There are two locations, I went to the one in the country which has beautiful facilities and grounds. The chefs have a great sense of humour and are easy to learn from. This is hands on you will be doing the cooking. The instructors will show you in a class setting and then you go to your cooking station and cook away. For more serious people they also provide Masters courses.
